Work Samples

I employed this tactic as a way to sample new products.  It gave customers an elevated experience and fresh way to view the brand.

I was asked to make the employee handbook more interesting and palletable using images. They wanted to increase the likelihood that employees will read it. So, I added comics. It was a big hit!

The idea for this little gem originated from a local news story about a couple of real life superheroes.  They saved a little girl's life by using their fire engine to transport her to the hospital.  If they hadn't, she may not have survived.  Capt. Kelley received my very first superhero McCape.

 McDonald's ® celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Big Mac in 2018.  With many children's events planned, I decided to make a game for them to play.  Children raced one another to see who could put it together the fastest.  Who knows, one day they may even become great sandwich makers and employees.

  The management team wanted to ask our current employees to refer friends and relatives.  They were offering a cash bonus at multiple intervals.  The challenge was to design something that the employees would actually read, hence the McMoney.  These were attached to paychecks.

  In an effort to reward those "regular" customers that can be relied upon to come in on a habitual basis, I came up with the Lovin' Our Customers event.  It was traditionally done on Valentine's day at random restaurants.  Every 15 minutes (for 2 hours) a customer would receive their order FREE.
